Compliance Data & Process Expert

Roger Dubuis seeks a Compliance Data & Process Expert in Villars-sur-Glane to optimize Master Data Management and trade compliance processes across global operations.

The company is looking for a specialist to enhance operational efficiency and compliance effectiveness by implementing robust data management solutions. This role focuses on streamlining end-to-end processes for Product and Trade Compliance, reducing constraints on impacted functions, and ensuring high-quality data governance across the Group, Maisons, and Regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and support to internal stakeholders regarding Product and Trade Compliance data management and related processes.
• Occasionally train junior team members within the Group on relevant procedures.
• Analyze support requests for compliance implementation solutions, focusing on system and data aspects under process ownership, and frame initiatives to deliver efficient outcomes.
• Manage Logistics and Compliance Master Data under central responsibility.
• Maintain and update group-level documentation for logistic and compliance data guidelines to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure data quality and stewardship for data contributed by stakeholders (Maisons, Group, Regions) that fall under the company's Master Data Governance.
• Lead root cause analyses and initiate improvements for Master Data Management and compliance processes.
• Provide expertise in PTC data management and process design for various projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in an international setting, specifically in Compliance and/or digital transformation, or roles involving data and system management.
• Strong familiarity with Supply Chain and regulatory domains, including HS Commodity Codes, regulatory documentation, policy interpretation, and international logistics operational flows.
• Comfortable with digital and IT system logic, including software user interfaces; a good understanding of SAP is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel, including keyboard shortcuts, data manipulation, transformation, exports, filters, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Fluent in French and fully proficient in English to interact daily with multicultural stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in Business Analysis or Project Management is considered an advantage.
• A good understanding of SAP is considered an advantage.
