Responsabilités

• Advise and support private and business clients on insurance matters with personalized solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Acquire new clients and expand the client portfolio.
• Contribute to marketing actions and participate in trade fairs and events.
• Maintain technical knowledge through basic and continuous training.

Profil recherché

• Experience in client advisory or sales, ideally in finance or insurance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent level of French.
• Passion for client service and exemplary client orientation.
• High motivation, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to exceed targets.
• Reside in the distribution region (Gruyère/Bulle area) to manage local clientele.
• Solid local network and willingness to build new contacts.
