Responsabilités

• Provides organizational, technical, and disciplinary leadership for the accident and sickness claims domain in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Ensures client requests are processed quickly, competently, and carefully.
• Analyzes processed cases and derives measures for continuous optimization of claims processing.
• Supports staff in making decisions regarding complex legal questions and managing judicial procedures.
• Organizes daily activities and ensures efficient use of resources.
• Responsible for achieving targets and monitoring team performance.
• Evaluates existing processes and optimizes the customer journey throughout claims processing.
• Actively accompanies strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Collaborates closely with internal and external partners and contributes to preventing insurance benefit fraud.

• In-depth expertise in insurance and legal training.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with motivation to serve a collegial environment.
• Numerical aptitude to analyze performance indicators and improve team performance.
• Customer orientation and assurance mindset.
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
• Ability to ensure ethical AI practices and stay updated with emerging AI technologies.
• Perfect mastery of French and very good knowledge of German and English.
