Responsabilités

• Manage complex LAA accident cases proactively and legally, including benefit entitlement assessment, measure coordination, and pension follow-up.
• Analyze medical, professional, and insurance situations in depth.
• Conduct necessary interviews with insured persons and perform visits when required.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal partners (medical advisor, legal department) and external partners (doctors, employers, lawyers, other insurers, social institutions).

Profil recherché

• Several years of experience in managing LAA accident claims, ideally complex, long-term, or pension-related cases.
• Commercial, legal, or social insurance training; federal certificate in social insurance or equivalent qualification.
• Very strong writing skills in French, with the ability to formulate structured, nuanced, and solid positions on medical, legal, and insurance aspects.
• Mastery of IT tools and ability to work rigorously in complex case management systems.

Atouts

• Federal certificate in social insurance or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge of German.
