This position sits within the Transformation Execution Practice of the Financial Services Business Consulting team. The consultant will assist clients in Wealth & Asset Management, Banking and Capital Markets, and Insurance as they adapt to shifting market conditions and changing customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology-driven transformation projects tailored to the financial services industry.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to create solutions that deliver tangible results.
- Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations to clients using clear storytelling techniques.
- Utilize and expand upon global frameworks, tools, and accelerators to achieve transformation objectives.
- Enhance professional capabilities through hands-on client engagements and structured internal learning.
- Organize and lead roundtable discussions and thought leadership events for internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to business development efforts by crafting client-focused solutions and supporting go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- A degree from a top-tier university or university of applied sciences with strong academic performance.
- A clear drive to thrive in a fast-paced consulting setting within the financial services industry.
- Prior experience collaborating on team projects during academic studies or internships.
- A systematic approach to problem-solving combined with strong organizational abilities.
- Exceptional presentation capabilities and a focus on client satisfaction.

- Fluent proficiency in both English and German.
