Andermatt Swiss Alps seeks a Contract Manager to handle construction contracts, tendering, and legal compliance in a hybrid role based in Andermatt and Altdorf.
This position focuses on the end-to-end management of contracts with contractors, planners, and suppliers. The role ensures that tendering and award processes adhere to Swiss legal standards and internal guidelines, while providing direct support to project and team managers in executing these agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of contracts with contractors, planners, and suppliers within internal systems.
- Oversee tendering procedures, including bid reviews and awards, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Process, review, and archive construction-related contract documentation.
- Assist project and team managers with contract administration and execution.
- Evaluate planner and works contracts for compliance with construction law and regulations.
- Improve and update standard contract templates.
- Maintain and optimize tendering processes and associated documentation.
- Contribute to quality assurance and the standardization of internal workflows.
Requirements
- A degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, or completed construction sector education with commercial training.
- Professional experience in a similar contract management role within Switzerland.
- Strong understanding of Swiss construction law and SIA standards.
- Native proficiency in German.
- Basic proficiency in English.

- Additional knowledge of construction law and project execution processes.
