Staffhousing Specialist (w/m/d)

Andermatt Swiss Alps seeks a Staff Housing Specialist to manage accommodation logistics, key handovers, and maintenance coordination for staff in Andermatt.

This position focuses on the end-to-end management of staff housing operations. The specialist ensures smooth check-in and check-out processes, oversees accommodation maintenance, and handles administrative duties related to staff living arrangements within the Andermatt destination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff check-ins, check-outs, and professional key handovers independently.
• Oversee staff accommodations by organizing cleaning schedules, maintenance tasks, and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage bookings, master data, and relevant information within the Property Management System (PMS).
• Prepare, monitor, and control sublease agreements, including tracking deadlines and documentation.
• Ensure efficient workflows by adhering to defined processes and suggesting optimization ideas.
• Collaborate with internal departments, employees, external service providers, and partners.
• Handle inventory management, ordering processes, and material coordination.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or apprenticeship, preferably in hospitality, tourism, real estate, or a similar service-oriented field.
• Strong organizational skills with an independent, structured, and reliable working style.
• High service orientation and enjoyment in interacting with employees, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in German and English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Confident handling of administrative tasks with a professional and solution-oriented attitude.
• Valid category B driving license.
• High flexibility and commitment, including willingness to work on-call duties and occasional weekends, especially during busy periods.
