Aufgaben

• Prepare Neapolitan pizza and other Italian dishes fresh in front of guests.
• Responsible for preparing à la carte dishes.
• Ensure cleanliness and order at the workstation according to HACCP standards.
• Actively contribute to the kitchen team, including menu planning and presentation based on interest.
• Take on additional tasks based on qualifications.

Anforderungen

• Completed training as a Pizzaiolo and/or at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and experience in à la carte cooking.
• Experience with Neapolitan pizza from a wood-fired oven.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience working in high-traffic environments.
