Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor customer objectives.
• Maintain close communication with Sales, Planning, Processing, Marketing, and Quality Teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of vegetable seeds to customers.
• Ensure right quality and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure cost efficiency.
• Utilize various systems (ERP, BI tool, MS Office, CRM, external software) for transportation and phytosanitary regulation compliance.
