Zimex Aviation seeks a senior DHC-6 Commander for multi-crew operations in challenging global environments. The role requires a valid EASA ATPL, type rating, and strong resilience for remote field assignments.

The company is looking for an experienced pilot to lead multi-crew DHC-6 operations in demanding and often remote locations worldwide. This position demands a professional who can maintain composure and adaptability while navigating complex cultural landscapes and unpredictable operational conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Pilot multi-crew DHC-6 aircraft in various operational settings
  • Conduct flights in high-risk and challenging international locations
  • Manage unpredictable operational scenarios and diverse cultural contexts
  • Maintain calmness and quick adaptability during pressure situations
  • Collaborate effectively within a tight-knit team while also functioning autonomously

Requirements

  • Hold a valid EASA (frozen) ATPL (A) license
  • Possess a valid EASA Class 1 Medical certificate
  • Have at least 1000 hours of total flight time
  • Accumulate a minimum of 500 hours as Pilot in Command, including 250 hours on multi-engine aircraft
  • Demonstrate ICAO Language Proficiency in English at Level 4 or higher
  • Hold a valid EASA DHC-6 (Twin Otter) type rating with at least 400 hours on type
  • Provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination and a Yellow fever certificate
