By engaging with international standards and digital design tools, the specialist advances expertise in insulation, electromagnetic, and thermal aspects while delivering reliable power solutions globally.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain design specifications and models that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
- Perform detailed design evaluations and apply necessary adjustments to improve overall project quality.
- Oversee project schedules to guarantee that design milestones are met and deliveries occur on time.
- Execute risk evaluations, formulate mitigation plans, and explore innovative design opportunities.
- Interact with clients to gather feedback and integrate it into design solutions, boosting customer satisfaction.
- Partner with supply chain personnel to ensure designs are cost-effective and manufacturable, choosing the best materials and components.
- Generate and update comprehensive documentation to support design workflows and promote knowledge exchange.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Two to five years of professional experience in electrical design engineering for dry type transformers.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to operate autonomously and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to embrace change, accept feedback, and pursue continuous improvement.
