Engagement Manager (Strategy & Data/AI Transformation)

Artefact Group Switzerland SA seeks a Senior Engagement Manager in Zürich to guide clients through AI and data-driven strategic transformations.

The Zurich office advises clients on strategic challenges including AI strategy, governance, digital transformation roadmaps, and new business model design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive teams to tackle critical issues surrounding AI business models, data governance, and major strategic initiatives.
• Translate intricate business problems into practical, step-by-step solutions by applying strategy frameworks enhanced with data and AI insights.
• Manage projects from start to finish, covering hypothesis development, market research, client workshops, governance structuring, and implementation planning.
• Build trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and business leaders to ensure all work aligns with overarching corporate goals.
• Drive the expansion of the Zürich practice by developing new service offerings, creating proprietary knowledge assets, and supporting business development efforts.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional hybrid teams to guarantee excellent delivery quality and foster professional growth among team members.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline being preferred.
• Five to eight years of background in strategy consulting, demonstrating a history of successful delivery in data, analytics, or AI transformation projects.
• Native-level fluency in both German and English, for written and spoken communication.
• Legal eligibility to work within Switzerland.

• Proficiency in French is considered a valuable asset.
