(Senior) Manager – Enterprise AI Solutions (FDE) & Innovation

PwC seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise AI solutions and innovation in Zürich. The role involves defining technical vision, building AI platforms, and driving adoption across Legal, Tax, and Corporate functions.

The company is looking for a Senior Manager to join an interdisciplinary team of AI engineers, solution architects, lawyers, tax professionals, and business transformation experts. This role focuses on redefining professional services delivery by building enterprise-grade AI platforms, reusable accelerators, and proprietary intellectual property to enable enterprise-wide AI adoption. The successful candidate will work with frontier AI technologies and modern enterprise AI architectures while shaping the next generation of AI offerings.

Responsibilities

• Establish the technical vision, enterprise AI architecture, and transformation roadmap for Legal, Tax, and Corporate functions.
• Lead the design and delivery of production-ready, secure, and scalable AI platforms that integrate into enterprise environments.
• Develop AI agents, multi-agent systems, and intelligent workflows powered by frontier foundation models.
• Architect enterprise knowledge and retrieval systems using semantic layers, Knowledge Graphs, GraphRAG, and hybrid vector + structured-data search.
• Translate frontier AI research into reusable accelerators, frameworks, IP, and client-ready solutions.
• Partner with senior business, legal, and tax stakeholders to redesign knowledge-intensive processes and drive adoption.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers/consultants, and continuously integrate emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, and 8+ years delivering enterprise AI/data/digital transformations.
• Hands-on experience with frontier foundation models such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Codex, or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI and LLMs, with hands-on experience using frontier foundation models (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI).
• Proven track record building AI agents, multi-agent systems, intelligent workflows, and RAG/GraphRAG retrieval solutions.
• Strong knowledge engineering skills: Knowledge Graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, and metadata-driven architectures.
• Solid software engineering (Python), experience integrating structured and unstructured enterprise data, and working with vector and graph databases.
• Experience designing secure, cloud-native, production-grade AI systems and productized accelerators/IP.
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with a product mindset and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies.
