Swiss Krono AG seeks a Manager for AI Strategy & Implementation in Luzern to lead next-gen AI initiatives, bridging executive vision with practical application across its global operations.
This position acts as the critical link between high-level strategic ideas and tangible business results. The incumbent will collaborate closely with executive leadership and marketing departments to translate ambitious concepts into actionable projects, serving as the primary driver for advanced artificial intelligence efforts within the international organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate artificial intelligence requirements from senior management and marketing divisions.
- Monitor emerging technologies such as generative AI and autonomous agents to uncover new opportunities for the group.
- Create agile frameworks, conduct rapid feasibility assessments, and implement quick-win solutions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, technology vendors, and partner organizations.
- Independently evaluate and validate new AI tools from providers like Google, OpenAI, and Microsoft.
- Oversee the deployment of AI solutions to ensure seamless integration and adoption throughout the company.
- Enhance internal expertise by organizing demonstrations and sharing best practices.
- Guarantee that all AI projects adhere to data protection laws and internal compliance protocols.
- Manage the administration of corporate AI platforms and system interfaces.
Requirements
- A university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field.
- Practical experience with Generative AI and foundational knowledge of agentic AI and workflow automation.
- Strong capabilities in analytical reasoning and conceptual design.
- A digital mindset with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for broader audiences.
- Basic understanding of agile project management methodologies.
- Awareness of data privacy, IT security standards, and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Residence in Switzerland.
- Willingness to travel to various company locations and meet with external partners.

- A valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with major AI platforms including Google AI, OpenAI, or Microsoft Azure.
