STMicroelectronics seeks a Senior AI Program Manager to lead the deployment and scaling of AI initiatives within Sales & Marketing, bridging business units and technical teams in Geneva.
This position serves as the central program manager for the AI for Sales & Marketing initiative. The role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment, ensuring effective adoption, and driving the operational integration of AI use cases across the global organization. The incumbent acts as the primary liaison between Sales & Marketing, DTIT, regional champions, and corporate functions to realize value and align with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the AI for Sales & Marketing program, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and strategic goals.
- Define and track the program roadmap, including milestones, risk management, and value delivery metrics.
- Collaborate with DTIT to prioritize use cases and ensure technical enablement.
- Work with regional AI champions to execute and scale AI solutions locally.
- Monitor adoption rates, usage statistics, and business impact, implementing corrective actions where gaps are identified.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and ensure alignment across different regions.
- Lead the onboarding and enablement of Sales & Marketing users, including the development of training plans and support models.
- Drive change management efforts to embed AI into daily workflows and accelerate adoption.
- Gather user feedback to continuously refine tools, adoption strategies, and deployment approaches.
- Partner with HR and Internal Communications to create AI literacy initiatives and communication materials.
- Develop and deliver clear messaging regarding AI use cases, benefits, and guidelines.
- Support leadership communications to promote an AI-driven culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in program management, Sales & Marketing operations, or digital/AI transformation.
- Proven expertise in deploying AI use cases within Sales & Marketing at scale.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders on a global level.
- Strong program management discipline with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Experience in driving user adoption and behavioral transformation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capability to define KPIs and translate complex data into clear insights for senior leadership decision-making.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, Copilot, and ChatGPT, along with a solid understanding of AI deployment tools and infrastructure.
