AI Enablement & Execution Leader (f/m/d)

Awin AG seeks a Director-level AI Enablement & Execution Leader to drive organizational leverage and build institutional intelligence through automated workflows and systems, working remotely from Switzerland.

This position is designed to multiply the company's operational efficiency by blending hands-on execution with structured product leadership. The successful candidate will lead the 'Superhuman' initiative, creating a centralized 'Company Brain' that captures and reuses institutional knowledge. With direct backing from executive leadership, the role holds the authority to overhaul existing processes, systems, and operational assumptions to improve global performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks to boost efficiency across the organization.
• Deploy functional workflows into live production environments within a six-month timeframe.
• Develop and maintain a unified operating system that serves as the central operational layer for the entire business.
• Recruit and manage a dedicated team of engineers and automation experts.
• Evaluate whether to develop internal solutions or purchase external tools based on potential leverage and opportunity costs.
• Guarantee that all automated processes contribute valuable insights and data to the central knowledge repository.
• Prioritize user experience for internal staff to maximize the adoption and utilization of new automated workflows.
