Assistant Manager / Manager – Digital HR Technology and AI

KPMG AG seeks a Manager for Digital HR Technology and AI in Zürich to lead transformation initiatives, blending HR tech with AI to enhance organizational performance and employee experience.

The company is looking for a professional to spearhead digital HR transformation by integrating advanced technology and artificial intelligence. The primary objective is to elevate employee experience and drive organizational efficiency. The role emphasizes strategic management consulting over technical system configuration, focusing on high-level guidance and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in digital HR transformation initiatives involving platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Microsoft solutions.
• Help define HRIT strategies and develop long-term technology roadmaps.
• Assist in vendor selection by gathering requirements and evaluating potential solutions.
• Support HR teams in adopting new systems and AI tools while collecting user feedback.
• Plan and facilitate workshops connecting HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of experience in HR technology or digital HR transformation.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft, or ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and German.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with change enablement or HR technology frameworks.
• Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
