KPMG AG seeks a Manager for its People & Change team in Zürich, focusing on guiding clients through complex organizational transformations and aligning workforce strategies with business goals.
This position sits within a dynamic and expanding People & Change Management unit inside the Management Consulting division. The team assists clients in managing transformation by synchronizing leadership, culture, and personnel with strategic objectives. Key activities include designing change strategies, building modern HR operating models, and fostering sustainable employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through intricate business and digital transformation initiatives, including HR, ERP, CRM, and procurement projects.
- Identify and address the specific needs of stakeholders, key users, and end-users during transformation phases.
- Facilitate workshops and provide coaching to C-suite leaders, management teams, and project groups.
- Create and monitor detailed transformation plans that are fully integrated with overall project management schedules.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating reliability and the ability to measure change outcomes.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, technology, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in consulting or change/project management roles within transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of current IT topics and industry trends.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven experience working with international clients.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of German or French is considered a plus.
