Manager / Senior Manager - People Consulting, Change & Transformation

Ernst & Young AG seeks a Manager or Senior Manager for People Consulting in Grand-Lancy, CH, to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives for clients in Switzerland and globally.

This position operates at the intersection of people, technology, and business strategy. The role involves helping leading organizations navigate complex transformations in business, workforce, and technology sectors across Switzerland and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute initiatives related to organizational change, learning, communication, culture, and workforce transformation.
• Collaborate with client executives and transformation leaders to create strategies that boost adoption and realize business benefits.
• Guide clients through various transformation programs, including ERP, digital, AI-enabled, and operating model changes.
• Manage project teams and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality results and excellent client experiences.
• Drive business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal writing, commercial negotiations, and go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee workstreams or entire programs from initial strategy and design through to implementation and sustainment.
• Contribute to the growth of the People Consulting practice through innovation, thought leadership, and market engagement.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in consulting or industry, focusing on change management, learning, HR transformation, or workforce transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs and managing client stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to lead teams and workstreams while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Experience with large-scale business, digital, ERP, AI, or workforce transformations.
• Knowledge of change methodologies, design thinking, agile approaches, learning transformation, and adoption strategies.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German and/or French is highly desirable for the Swiss market.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations is a strong advantage.
