This part-time position is based at EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg and focuses on delivering English language instruction to employees. The instructor will tailor courses to different proficiency levels, ensuring effective communication skills development within the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Conducting interactive and productive English lessons for staff members with varying skill levels.
- Designing and preparing assessments, exam papers, and practice exercises in coordination with the colleague holding the same role.
- Continuously updating and refining course materials, curricula, and teaching strategies alongside the other instructor.
Requirements
- Possession of a recognized teaching credential such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or an equivalent qualification.
- Deep understanding of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Native proficiency in English.
- Proven experience and comfort in instructing adult learners.
- Capability to manage instruction for both small groups and larger audiences.
- Background in teaching both Business English and General English.

- Prior experience within the aviation sector.
- Additional specialized certifications in English language training.
