EPM OneStream Developer/Business Data Analyst

EFG International seeks a Mid-level EPM OneStream Developer and Business Data Analyst in Lugano to manage planning platforms, analyze financial performance, and support strategic reporting.

This position sits within the Group Performance Measurement, Budgeting & Reporting Team in Lugano. The role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the integrated planning, reporting, and performance review processes. It involves analyzing financial performance drivers to provide actionable insights on value creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing operation, upkeep, and enhancement of the OneStream planning platform.
• Create and sustain data models used for forecasting and analytical purposes.
• Build dashboards and executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Participate actively in business performance discussions.
• Work closely with the Strategy & Corporate Development unit during budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Develop management information reports and simulations using data from various bank MIS systems.
• Foster strong partnerships with business management and controllers to support Planning & Controlling functions.

Requirements

• Professional background in EPM Business Intelligence within the financial sector.
• Deep expertise in OneStream software, including application maintenance and development.
• Strong capability to interpret large datasets, perform data modeling, and deliver accurate analysis.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
