EPM OneStream Developer/Business Data Analyst

Ticino Clean Sagl seeks a Mid-level EPM OneStream Developer and Business Data Analyst in Lugano to manage planning platforms and drive financial performance insights.

This position sits within the Group Performance Measurement, Budgeting & Reporting Team in Lugano. The primary purpose is to maintain and enhance the integrated planning and reporting infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the company's strategic financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing maintenance, development, and operational stability of the OneStream planning platform.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify root causes of performance variances.
• Identify and analyze key levers that drive business value.
• Create data models and forecasting tools to support business development and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and executive presentations for senior leadership.
• Participate actively in business performance reviews and dialogues.
• Collaborate with the Strategy & Corporate Development unit during budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Develop management information reports and simulations using data from various internal systems.
• Foster strong partnerships with business controllers and management to support planning and controlling functions.

Requirements

• Professional background in EPM Business Intelligence, preferably within the financial sector.
• Deep expertise in OneStream software, including application maintenance and custom development.
• Strong capability in handling large datasets, data modeling, and delivering accurate analytical insights.
• Fluent proficiency in both Italian and English.
