ERP Integration Manager

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks an ERP Integration Manager to lead enterprise integration strategy and project execution in a remote role based in Switzerland.

The company is looking for a professional to oversee the full lifecycle of integration solutions within its ERP ecosystem. This position requires balancing technical architecture with project management to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals. The role involves guiding teams through complex implementations while fostering collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and uphold an integration strategy that supports business aims and technology roadmaps.
• Architect integration solutions to guarantee scalability, reliability, and ease of maintenance across different ERP platforms.
• Direct integration projects from initial scoping through to delivery, managing resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Advise development teams on integration patterns, APIs, and protocols to ensure robust implementation.
• Track system performance, resolve bottlenecks, and apply optimizations to improve efficiency.
• Design change management plans and deliver training to help end-users adopt new integrated processes smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in ERP integration, including leading complex projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of major ERP systems such as M3, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong command of project management methods like Agile or Waterfall, using tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project.
• Fluent proficiency in German and excellent command of English.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL.
