Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or virtual assistance during events
• Assist instructors and attendees throughout sessions
• Manage and operate conference technology
• Arrange and support catering services

Requirements

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, or full days
• Friendly and communicative approach when interacting with participants and speakers
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong oral proficiency in German
• Ability to handle IT devices competently
