The company seeks a mid-level insurance specialist in Zürich to analyze client needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and manage policy administration for private and corporate customers.

This position focuses on understanding the specific requirements of both private and corporate clients to design appropriate insurance strategies. The specialist handles the entire lifecycle of policies, from initial placement and system administration to ongoing control and management within the company's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the insurance needs of private and corporate clients to recommend customized solutions across various categories such as personal, property, and private coverage.
• Manage tenders, develop comparative analyses, and propose optimal solutions to clients.
• Oversee the placement, monitoring, and administrative processing of policies and contracts within the internal IT system.
• Support clients proactively during the claims process and damage settlement procedures.
• Facilitate customer discussions to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.

Requirements

• Possess a commercial education background along with practical experience in the insurance sector, specifically holding VBV or AFA qualifications.
• Demonstrate native-level proficiency in German, supplemented by strong spoken and written skills in French and/or English.
• Show competence in operating Windows environments and utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
