Field Asset Representative, KeriMedical USA

Medartis seeks a Field Asset Representative to manage set logistics, support the sales force, and resolve customer needs with accuracy and speed.

This position acts as the primary liaison between customers and the sales team regarding set requirements. The role ensures that all set requests are handled promptly and accurately, providing essential support to the Medartis Sales Force.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transport and movement of sets among customers, sales representatives, and distributor locations.
• Generate shipping labels, track inventory, and monitor the status of all field sets.
• Address complex customer issues and resolve their needs efficiently.
• Fulfill service and assistance requests from customers and the sales team within established timeframes.
• Process incoming set requests via email with a high degree of urgency and precision.
• Handle customer set reservations and share relevant shipping information with clients as needed.
• Pick, pack, ship, and verify orders when necessary.
• Support customers and the sales team by tracking and managing inventory movement.

Requirements

• At least three years of customer service experience or equivalent background.
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Competent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working within the medical device sector.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP or other major ERP systems.
