This position sits within the Medartis UK North team, a dynamic group dedicated to orthopaedic solutions. The role is integral to the organization, requiring a diversified approach that prioritizes high-quality service and consistent performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing territory sales and fostering strong professional relationships across the region.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets while stimulating growth in the orthopaedic sector.
- Build and sustain robust relationships with assigned accounts and cultivate connections with key opinion leaders.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in orthopaedic trauma and elective foot surgery.
- Expand the network of key opinion leaders within the designated territory.
- Gain a thorough understanding of non-clinical stakeholders, with a specific focus on procurement departments.
- Participate in local and national industry courses and congresses, as well as occasional international events.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within the orthopaedic industry.
- A documented history of meeting sales goals with a strong emphasis on return on investment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both the NHS and private healthcare sectors, alongside the orthopaedic market landscape.
- Proficient computer skills and strong IT literacy.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities for interacting with individuals and groups.
- Capability to analyze account data to determine commercial impact.
