ten23 health AG seeks a Filling Operator for its Visp facility to manage automated liquid pharmaceutical production in a GMP-compliant, shift-based environment.

As a key component of the production workflow at ten23 health AG, this position supports the manufacturing and testing of medicines for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The role operates within a dynamic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) setting, requiring adherence to a flexible shift schedule that includes day and rotating shifts, without regular weekend duties.

Responsibilities

• Run and supervise the modern, automated filling line for liquid medications, ensuring smooth process execution.
• Manage material supply and perform continuous monitoring tasks throughout the filling operation.
• Assist Line Experts with mechanical and electronic changeovers of the filling equipment.
• Maintain strict compliance with all hygiene standards and regulatory GMP guidelines.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives by sharing practical insights and improvement ideas.
• Work according to a flexible three-shift pattern, alternating between day shifts and other rotations.

Requirements

• Completion of a vocational apprenticeship (Berufslehre).
• Hands-on experience in industrial pharmaceutical manufacturing and cleanroom protocols.
• Familiarity with sterile filling techniques, including aseptic processing, and prior exposure to GMP environments.
• Fluent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• A strong interest in operating automated production machinery and a general aptitude for electronics.
