Finance Senior Product Owner

Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Finance Product Owner to lead strategic product development for integrated Finance and Accounting solutions within the Richemont Group.

This position sits within the Group Platforms department of Richemont's Product Management team. The incumbent will provide strategic oversight and drive the continuous enhancement of Finance and Accounting solutions, acting as the key link between the Group Product Office and the Finance Function to support the Group Finance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Direct product transformation efforts and lead strategic initiatives to foster innovation within the Finance and Accounting product line.
• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between the Group Product Office and the Finance Function.
• Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps to guide long-term planning.
• Establish and enforce consistent product development methodologies to build a mature and efficient culture.
• Manage risks and issues in close collaboration with the Finance team, including mitigation planning.
• Present the strategic evolution and impact of the Finance and Accounting product to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and convert them into strategic product requirements.
• Prioritize product demands in partnership with the Group Finance organization.
• Oversee the ongoing refinement and strategic maintenance of the product backlog.
• Guide and lead the technical teams responsible for Finance and Accounting solutions.
• Coordinate interdependencies with cross-functional teams across various Product Areas.
• Champion change management efforts, ensuring the adoption of product training and support tools.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging user feedback and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in product or project management, preferably within multinational or innovative settings in operational finance or consulting.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Financial solutions.
• Practical background in operational finance roles, such as controlling or accounting.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Prior audit or consulting experience at a Big 4 firm or similar organization.
• Familiarity with collaborative product management tools and Agile frameworks.
• Experience applying Product Owner techniques, including customer journeys, personas, discovery phases, and Agile ceremonies.
