Responsibilities
- Create a relaxing, rejuvenating atmosphere for guests.
- Facilitate indoor and outdoor fitness sessions.
- Assist guests during individual and group training, as well as ice-skating lessons.
- Guide participants through workouts to provide a comprehensive wellness experience.
- Coordinate with the spa team to maintain operational efficiency and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Formal training and hands-on experience in relevant areas, preferably within a five-star hotel setting.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Strong sales aptitude, interpersonal abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrated commitment, resilience, and adaptability.
- Professional appearance and excellent etiquette.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Italian and German is considered an asset.
