The company seeks a Floor Supervisor in Schönried to oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and staff coordination across the hotel and accommodation. The role requires multilingual skills and hospitality management experience.

This position focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel and staff housing. The supervisor will coordinate team scheduling, support housekeeping operations, and ensure the sustainable use of resources while fostering a motivated workforce.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all hotel areas and staff housing.
• Organize and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Inspect indoor and outdoor areas to verify tidiness and order.
• Oversee the sustainable and cost-effective use of cleaning and laundry supplies.
• Support new employees with comprehensive onboarding and encourage team motivation.
• Help conduct the yearly inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Contribute to internal training sessions for staff.
• Assist with cleaning guest rooms and apartments as needed.
• Provide support in the hotel's laundry department.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a hotel manager (EFZ).
• Experience in the upmarket hotel sector.
• Strong focus on quality and high level of commitment to customer service.
• Management experience.
• Assertiveness and empathy.
• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good command of German, good command of English and French.
• A well-groomed appearance.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Confident, assured manner and excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other languages such as Portuguese or Spanish.
