FP&A Intern

Richemont seeks an FP&A Intern in Villars-sur-Glane to support financial analysis, reporting, and business case development within the luxury sector.

The Finance Intern supports the development and maintenance of financial information to help shape business strategies. The role involves interpreting results, appraising outcomes, and providing data-driven insights to aid decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposed and ongoing projects to help build and refine business cases.
• Gather data from standard sources and format it accurately for reporting purposes.
• Conduct economic research activities using established systems to support team goals or specific program outcomes.
• Contribute inputs for financial models, including cost estimates and schedule details, to facilitate business expansion.
• Extract and merge data to create standard reports and utilize data management tools to retrieve specific information.
• Help create and share financial policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.
• Address basic inquiries from internal or external stakeholders regarding procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Engage in training, coaching, and development planning to build professional capabilities.
• Stay updated on relevant technologies, external regulations, and industry standards through continuous learning and media consumption.
• Clarify existing procedures, processes, and precedents for colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary education (non-tertiary level).
• Foundational experience using simple office and operational software.
