FP&A Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks an FP&A Intern in Villars-sur-Glane to support financial analysis, reporting, and business case development through data management and economic research.

The Finance Intern supports the development of business strategies by interpreting financial results and providing accurate data. The role involves maintaining financial information, conducting feasibility assessments, and assisting with economic research to aid decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate proposed and ongoing projects to help build and review business cases.
• Generate accurate reports by gathering data from standard sources and formatting it correctly.
• Use existing systems to perform economic research tasks that support team goals or specific program outcomes.
• Contribute inputs for financial models, including cost and schedule details, to support business growth.
• Extract and merge data to create standard reports and access specific information via data management tools.
• Help develop and deliver financial policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Address basic queries from internal or external stakeholders regarding procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Engage in training, coaching, and development planning to build professional capabilities.
• Stay updated on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry standards through continuous learning.
• Clarify existing procedures, processes, and precedents for colleagues.

Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary non-tertiary education.
• Basic experience using simple office and operational systems.
