Full-Stack Engineer

BioSked seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end feature development for its AI-driven scheduling platform, Momentum, within a collaborative R&D team.

As part of the expanding R&D department, this position aims to accelerate the product roadmap for Momentum, an intelligent scheduling solution designed to optimize workforce management in hospitals and clinics. The successful candidate will take full ownership of features from initial concept through to production, collaborating closely with the engineering team on mobile, web, and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack features from idea to live production.
• Design and maintain intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.
• Partner with product managers and clients to identify requirements, suggest technical solutions, and refine iterations.
• Utilize agentic development tools and methodologies to enhance speed, safety, and efficiency.
• Participate in architectural planning and decision-making processes.
• Mentor colleagues and provide technical support for customer inquiries.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in frontend development using React Native, Expo, and TypeScript, with a strong focus on user experience.
• Demonstrated history of delivering results using agentic workflows.
• Ability to work across the entire stack, including backend services, APIs, third-party integrations, and database management.
• Track record of independently shipping complete features.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with engineers, product teams, sales staff, and clients.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Information Systems.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, German, or Dutch.
• A Master’s degree in IT or IS (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in SaaS, technology startups, or scale-ups.
• Background in healthcare or HR technology sectors.
• Familiarity with .NET technologies for maintaining legacy code.
