• Create agent-based workflows that manage planning, tool execution, error handling, and recovery across multiple steps
• Integrate large language models, memory systems, and external tools into robust, real-world applications
• Design real-time AI interactions with streaming outputs, partial results, and strict latency requirements
• Enhance system reliability, observability, and fallback strategies
• Work closely with machine learning, backend, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Refine systems continuously based on actual usage patterns and failure data

Requirements

• Proven experience in full stack engineering, including both frontend and backend development
• Strong grasp of system design principles and API architecture
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-driven applications
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and make practical engineering choices
• Demonstrated ownership in taking features from concept to production
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting requirements
