Full-Stack AI Engineer

Orbis Aureus AG seeks a Mid-level Full-Stack AI Engineer for a remote contract role. The position focuses on developing production-grade AI systems for private markets and investment management within a UAE-based consultancy.

This position supports an established AI consultancy based in the UAE that specializes in creating advanced, investment-grade AI solutions for private markets. The engineer will be responsible for developing and deploying production systems that operate directly within live enterprise investment environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-grade systems for live enterprise investment settings.
• Construct production RAG systems, covering chunking strategies, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and advanced search architectures.
• Process complex enterprise documents using OCR, Document Intelligence, multimodal extraction, or similar technologies.
• Deploy scalable applications into cloud/Kubernetes environments (AKS/EKS).

Requirements

• Strong React/Next.js and Python development experience (Full Stack).
• Experience building production RAG systems, including chunking strategies, embeddings, retrieval optimization, and advanced search architectures.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, LangGraph, MCP, Azure OpenAI, and vector databases.
• Experience processing complex enterprise documents using OCR, Document Intelligence, multimodal extraction, or similar technologies.
• Experience deploying scalable applications into cloud/Kubernetes environments (AKS/EKS).
• Strong experience within financial services, ideally across private markets and/or investment management.
