Full Stack Tech Lead (Frappe/Python)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using the Frappe framework and Python.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and operations, to define requirements and deliver features.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Python and the Frappe framework.
• Experience with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
