This position provides essential financial oversight and accountability for the organization's delegations worldwide. The role involves managing annual budgets, monitoring execution through forecasting, and advising on financial matters. Additionally, the position supports staff and visitors through travel and logistics coordination, while also handling human resources duties in field locations lacking dedicated HR managers. The role further ensures that offices, warehouses, and living spaces remain safe, functional, and adapted to operational needs, while proactively monitoring systems to mitigate risks and safeguard operations.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the integrity of accounting and financial reporting across global delegations.
• Contribute to annual budgets, monitor execution through forecasting and analysis, and advise on financial matters.
• Train and coach coordinators, identify risks, and implement controls that prevent fraud and inefficiencies.
• Ensure offices, warehouses, and living spaces are safe, functional, and adapted to operational needs.
• Enforce context-appropriate security measures and ensure ergonomic and comfortable working and living environments.
• Oversee travel and logistics services, supporting staff and visitors from arrival to departure.
• Take on HR responsibilities to ensure continuity in field locations without a dedicated HR manager.
• Align HR processes with internal policies and local labour laws for compliance and fair treatment of staff.
• Proactively monitor financial and administrative systems to mitigate risks and safeguard operations.
• Embed strong controls and foster a culture of compliance to protect the organization’s credibility and long-term stability.
