Takeda seeks a Global Patient Access Enablement, Reporting & Insights Lead to drive dashboard development, reporting governance, and data analytics for global patient access programs.
This role focuses on designing and improving Global Patient Access capabilities, including processes, tools, and reporting governance. The position involves leading dashboard development, delivering actionable insights through data analysis, and supporting operational and strategic decision-making across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and enhance Global Patient Access capabilities, focusing on dashboard/reporting solutions and knowledge management.
- Lead dashboard development from requirements gathering to release management, including data modeling and visualization design.
- Establish reporting governance, including KPI dictionaries, metric definitions, business rules, and change control processes.
- Implement data quality controls, validation checks, and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate data collection.
- Provide standardized reporting and insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Drive digital enablement initiatives, including Real World Evidence data collection and analytics aligned with governance and compliance.
- Manage Global Patient Access SharePoint sites as the single source of truth for guidance, tools, and training materials.
- Develop practical solutions, templates, and frameworks to improve team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to drive execution and resolve issues.
- Act as a flexible resource across Global Patient Access, stepping into priority areas to ensure delivery continuity.
Requirements
- PhD or PharmD with 5+ years, MS with 8+ years, or BS with 10+ years of experience in clinical research or early access programs in pharma/CRO.
- 5+ years of experience in Patient Access, Global Medical Operations, or related functions with effective project management skills.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and digital tools to support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work across functions in a complex global organization without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in health, life sciences, data, or technology-related fields.
- Experience with multi-vendor data feeds and implementing data quality controls/reconciliations.
