Group IT Business Consultant Trainee

The Swiss Automotive Group is seeking a Group IT Business Consultant Trainee in Dietlikon, CH. This full-time, on-site junior role focuses on developing IT consulting skills through project support, client interaction, and structured training.

This trainee position is designed to build expertise in IT business consulting. The role begins with general onboarding and gradually transitions into project ownership. Trainees will shadow senior consultants, attend workshops, and engage in client meetings under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects by performing analysis and creating documentation.
• Manage individual work packages independently.
• Take charge of small consulting assignments or sub-projects.
