This strategic leadership role ensures the integrity and transparency of performance reporting across Sales and Delivery. It involves owning reporting frameworks, data governance, and analytics architecture to deliver decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the full reporting ecosystem for Sales and Delivery, including standardized frameworks, KPIs, data governance, and tool architecture.
- Provide clear, consistent performance insights to senior stakeholders by consolidating and presenting executive-level reports.
- Lead performance review cycles, such as Quarterly Review Sessions, with structured analysis of KPIs, trends, and risks.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders by turning data into actionable recommendations for operational decisions.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Design and optimize reporting tools and data models to support scalable analytics and better data access.
- Build cross-functional relationships, aligning reporting with business needs and promoting governance through training and engagement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a senior reporting, analytics, or performance management role, preferably in Sales, Delivery, or a similar commercial setting.
- Track record of working with senior leaders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of CRM and project management systems, including how to structure data for scalable analytics.
