Aufgaben

• Responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle (Recruiting, Onboarding, Development, Offboarding) for business units and various clinics.
• Supports the implementation and further development of HR strategies, processes, and projects.
• Advises and supports managers and employees on all personnel-related topics.
• Accompanies change processes, organizational development, and health management.

Anforderungen

• Completed commercial training and HR-specific further training, preferably with federal expert certificate.
• Several years of relevant practical experience, preferably in an acute hospital.
• Proven know-how in the entire HR Life-Cycle.
• High IT affinity (Opale, PEP, UKA v.V.).
• Strong advisory and change management skills.
• Team-oriented, uncomplicated, loyal, and trustworthy personality.
