ICT Service Engineer / Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and integrate bespoke solutions within an agile framework
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters alongside CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and operate cloud-native applications hosted on AWS
• Streamline workflows through automation and address operational root causes
• Maintain system stability by handling incidents and participating in on-call rotations

Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Proven track record of building, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, web technologies, and API integration
• Strong understanding of server operating systems, directory services, networking, and security protocols
• Fluency in both German and English
