Swissquote seeks an Insights Analyst in Gland to drive product strategy through data analytics, requiring strong Tableau, SQL, and bilingual English/French skills.

Positioned within the Product Strategy department, this role empowers internal stakeholders and executive leadership with actionable analytics. The analyst supports strategic initiatives, shapes data-driven decision-making, and assists in defining product goals and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and visualize data to guide business choices.
  • Create and refine product dashboards using Tableau.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports to highlight trends and conclusions for Product Management.
  • Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support for key projects.
  • Maintain high standards for data validation, documentation, and reporting quality.
  • Contribute to the improvement of analytical tools and best practices.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Economics.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in business analytics or reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience building dashboards with Tableau.
  • Ability to create professional presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Strong data literacy with the capacity to synthesize complex datasets.
  • Excellent critical thinking and numerical analysis abilities.
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and working with executive teams.
  • Fluency in both English and French, written and verbal.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in financial services or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in German.
