Positioned within the Product Strategy department, this role empowers internal stakeholders and executive leadership with actionable analytics. The analyst supports strategic initiatives, shapes data-driven decision-making, and assists in defining product goals and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and visualize data to guide business choices.
- Create and refine product dashboards using Tableau.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to highlight trends and conclusions for Product Management.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support for key projects.
- Maintain high standards for data validation, documentation, and reporting quality.
- Contribute to the improvement of analytical tools and best practices.
- Manage multiple priorities independently while meeting strict deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Economics.
- Minimum of three years of experience in business analytics or reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis.
- Experience building dashboards with Tableau.
- Ability to create professional presentations in PowerPoint.
- Strong data literacy with the capacity to synthesize complex datasets.
- Excellent critical thinking and numerical analysis abilities.
- Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and working with executive teams.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and verbal.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in financial services or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis.
- Proficiency in German.
