The company seeks a Manager to lead its internal warehousing technology team, overseeing solution development, SAP logistics integration, and team management in Meyrin, Switzerland.
This position focuses on directing a group responsible for creating and deploying systems that connect product data with enterprise resource planning tools. The role demands a thorough grasp of logistics workflows, SAP capabilities, and contemporary integration methods to maintain smooth supply chain activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a group of both internal and external advisors.
- Handle budget management and address all associated limitations.
- Spot potential knowledge gaps and suggest remedies.
- Ensure management has complete visibility and raise necessary alerts.
- Gather, evaluate, and record detailed functional and non-functional needs for linking warehouse operations with ERP LE, optionally including EWM.
- Convert business needs into technical blueprints and integration plans, offering direction during the entire development phase.
- Use deep expertise in SAP logistics modules to shape and refine processes, settings, and data movements for internal storage.
- Employ strong familiarity with micro-services, APIs, and similar integration methods to build sturdy, scalable connections between internal networks and third-party logistics platforms.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting abilities in SAP to locate, examine, and fix intricate problems linked to third-party logistics connections.
- Create test scenarios, assist with user acceptance testing, and guarantee solution quality and stability prior to launch.
- Serve as a primary bridge between business staff, IT groups, and product owners, ensuring clear dialogue and expectation management during projects or sprints.
- Track solution performance, collect feedback, and find chances for ongoing enhancement and optimization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working on multiple SAP projects specifically within the logistics domain.
- Team Management experience in a challenging environment.
- English (fluent mandatory).
- Proven strong debugging skills within SAP environments (ABAP debugging, transaction analysis, etc.).
- Good knowledge and practical experience with idocs/queue.
- Knowledge and practical experience with micro-services architecture, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other modern integration patterns and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating SAP systems with external platforms, digital tools.
- Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes (warehousing, transportation, order management).
- Knowledge in EWM Outbound, inbound, and other processes flow.

- SAP EWM Certification.
- French and/or German.
