HUBER+SUHNER seeks an IT Knowledge & Training intern in Pfäffikon to optimize information structures and support digital adoption initiatives within the IT and Communications departments.
This internship bridges IT, corporate communications, and digital adoption. The position focuses on laying the groundwork for future AI-driven and Copilot-enabled user experiences by refining how information is structured and delivered.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current IT communication channels and data structures
- Design clear models for information and internal communication
- Partner with IT and Corporate Communications teams to align goals
- Enhance the quality, ownership, and organization of internal information
- Discover potential use cases for AI, Copilot, and digital adoption tools
- Assist in the practical implementation of identified improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in communication, digital business, information science, business informatics, or a related field
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for IT, digital communication, and digital adoption
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams
- A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in both English and German
Nice to have
- Interest in Microsoft Copilot
