The company seeks a Senior IT Business Analyst for credit applications in Geneva. The role requires strong technical and functional skills, French proficiency, and Swiss residency.
This position serves as an IT business analyst focused on essential credit applications and projects. The professional will report directly to the Team Lead of IT Risk, Credit & ESG.
Responsibilities
- Examine business scenarios and help define business requirements.
- Create Functional Design Specifications.
- Oversee the vendor relationship with SpeciTec for the Specicred software package.
- Handle installation and testing of new Specicred versions.
- Run SQL database scripts and queries to verify data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Offer IT guidance to business stakeholders.
- Mentor business analysts, developers, and testers while ensuring sound project management practices.
- Spot key risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Hold a Master Degree in IT.
- Demonstrate strong technical and functional skills as an IT Business Analyst on Credit projects.
- Show a good understanding of the bank’s business processes.
- Have operational experience in implementing various IT Credit projects.
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
- Swiss residency is mandatory.
