Junior Social Media Associate

Airapps is seeking a Junior Social Media Associate to join its Lisbon team. This onsite role focuses on content operations, campaign execution, and community engagement across major social platforms.

The company is looking for a Junior Social Media Operator to support content operations, campaign execution, and community engagement across multiple platforms. This position works closely with the Creator Relations Specialist to drive social media initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Creator Relations Specialist to run social media campaigns tied to influencer and creator partnerships.
• Create, schedule, and publish content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Engage with the community daily by monitoring channels, posting, and responding to comments and interactions.
• Review and organize creator deliverables to ensure they align with campaign goals.
• Track content performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for internal teams.
• Keep up with social media trends, formats, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for creator collaborations, events, and cross-team projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships or academic projects are also considered).
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content styles, especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative mindset with curiosity for trends and new formats.
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow under guidance of senior colleagues.
• Based onsite in Lisbon (5 days/week).
