Social Media Specialist

Airapps seeks a Social Media Specialist in Lisbon to create engaging content, manage community interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to boost brand awareness and engagement.

This creative and detail-oriented position focuses on crafting and publishing compelling social media content to strengthen community ties and increase brand visibility. The specialist will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Design departments to develop posts that drive meaningful engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule high-quality posts for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee posting calendars for both corporate and product-focused accounts.
• Draft thoughtful comments to stimulate discussions and enhance online presence.
• Monitor follower interactions and respond to community inquiries to foster engagement.
• Partner with internal departments to synchronize social content with key initiatives such as product releases and recruitment drives.
• Analyze performance data and engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
• Keep up with emerging social media trends and best practices to maintain creativity and relevance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or online community interaction.
• Excellent writing abilities to produce clear, concise, and captivating social media copy.
• Knowledge of major social platforms and their respective best practices.
• Experience handling multiple brand or company accounts.
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic setting.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
