Social Media Manager

Airapps is seeking a Mid-level Social Media Manager in Zürich to develop and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness and growth for its AI-powered PRP app.

This position focuses on building and implementing social media strategies to boost brand visibility, connect with target audiences, and achieve measurable growth. The role requires working closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure social media efforts align with the company's broader business goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Produce, select, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and short-form videos, that matches the brand's voice and goals.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build a positive online community and address user feedback.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
• Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality social media content.
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Around 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands.
• Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of brand voice and messaging.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and content engagement.
